I’ve posted some additional details on Glacier Media, but the short version of the story is this: we’ve decided to stop offering shared hosting services to our clients.

To give some back story, we’ve been involved in the hosting business in one way or another for at least the last 5 years. Initially we worked with colocated servers, building our own management and provisioning software from scratch. A couple years after starting, we had also assembled a custom web-based control panel that let users manage most aspects of their account, automatically provisioning (or queueing for approval) new tasks. This isn’t to say that we are out of hosting completely, but we’ll be offering our services in a more advisory/consulting type role. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
